Treatment Specialization

Rates

Free 30 minute consultations available to discuss rates, insurance, and services available

Standard Service Fee:
$95 per 50-minute session
$120 per initial intake session

Pre-Marital Counseling:
Pre-Marital counseling is not covered by insurance in almost all cases.  For most couples 8 sessions are recommended.
$80 initial intake session
$40 testing and test interpretation fee
$70 per 50-minute session
Or pay up front for the recommended 8 session package at a 10% discount.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Angela provides in-network mental health counseling for Cigna, Medcost, Value Options, MHN/Tricare, NC Medicaid, and NC Health Choice members. 
Additionally, out-of-network coverage can be filed for you for many other plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Magellan.  Even if Angela S. McLean, LMFT is not an in-network provider for your insurance plan, she may be able to provide services at a rate that will cost little or no more than using an in-network provider.  This depends on your individual plan and the length of treatment you need. 
If you have questions about your insurance benefits please contact our office.  As a free service to potential clients, we can contact you with a per session out of pocket quote within 48 hours of taking your insurance information.

Payment

Cash and check accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
